Tous les secrets de la vie quotidienne des soldats de la Grande Arm\u00e9e furent donn\u00e9s au fil de cette exposition r\u00e9unissant pas moins de dix grands panneaux explicatifs ainsi que des objets de collection tels que des uniformes et \u00e9tendards d\u2019\u00e9poque, soldats de plomb ou encore des dioramas reconstituant des sc\u00e8nes de bataille. Peu d\u2019Arrageois le savent, mais leur ville est fi\u00e8rement repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e sur l\u2019un des monuments des plus connus au monde. En effet, les noms SCHRAMM et GIRARD, g\u00e9n\u00e9raux d\u2019Empire originaires d\u2019Arras sont inscrits sur l\u2019Arc de Triomphe ! d\u2019arm\u00e9e, mais aussi l\u2019armement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 expliqu\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re synth\u00e9tique, mais surtout accessible \u00e0 un large data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pour la comm\u00e9moration du centenaire la Premi\u00e8re Guerre mondiale, une exposition est venue rappeler les \u00e9v\u00e9nements qui se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s \u00e0 la Citadelle d\u2019Arras durant cette p\u00e9riode sombre et douloureuse au c\u0153ur de l\u2019Artois. Si l\u2019exposition a d\u00e9but\u00e9 le 16 mai 2015, ce n\u2019est pas par hasard. En effet, cent ans auparavant, la citadelle croulait sous l\u2019explosion d\u2019un obus allemand de 320 mm. La mobilisation, l\u2019occupation allemande, les bombardements causant des destructions importantes, mais aussi la reconstruction des \u00e9difices de la citadelle ont constitu\u00e9 les grands axes de cette exposition ouverte gratuitement \u00e0 tout visiteur.
